    Remote Work Skills Training

    Beat the work-from-home slump with techniques and tools to keep you and your team productive and engaged.

    This free Remote Work Skills boot camp series consists of two sessions. Part 1 focuses on the core skills needed for all remote workers, and part 2 designed specifically for those leading teams remotely.

    At the end of the boot camp, you'll receive a Certificate of Completion and a personalized plan for more effective remote work.

    Remote Work Skills Part 1 will focus on the following core skills, specifically in the context of working remotely:

    • Self-management
    • Time-management
    • Organizing and planning
    • Communication

    This workshop will also assist remote workers with overcoming common challenges in the remote work environment, such as building trust with co-workers, feeling isolated, and perception of lack or loss of feedback.
     
    Remote Work Skills Part 2 will focus on skills required for building and leading remote work teams. The team-building framework of this workshop will help leaders build the following skills in the remote work environment:

    • Effective remote communication
    • Vision and goal formulation
    • Adaptability
    • Providing counseling and feedback
    • Training employees remotely
