2026-2027 Mid Level Leadership: Management Essentials

This high-impact development program equips mid-level leadership with the skills, tools, and insights they need to lead confidently, foster employee engagement, and drive operational success. Spanning ten interactive sessions, the program combines evidence-based models with real-world applications to help managers enhance their self-awareness, develop others, lead change, and achieve results.
