    Email marketing is a tool to increase brand awareness, identify key audiences, generate leads, and build meaningful relationships with customers.

    In this course, you'll learn how to set up and use an integrated marketing communications (IMC) strategy to engage with your target markets via email and communicate effectively to tell brand stories that humanize your brand. You'll also learn common pitfalls, areas to avoid, and how to use email as a tool to implement a successful IMC.

    Program Faculty

    Dr. Mohammad Rahman, Associate Professor of Marketing, has a PhD in Business Administration and Management and over eight years of experience teaching and lecturing as an assistant professor at world-class universities.

    Dr. Rahman has completed expansive research regarding the impacts of social media on marketing, consumer engagement, and organizational behavior and strategies.
