SU Mascot Request Form

Thank you for your interest in having Big Red participate at your upcoming event. This form is required for booking an appearance with our mascot. Once the form is received you will get a confirmation email.

• Requests should be submitted no less than two weeks prior to the event.
• Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance. Due to University events, academics, and time restrictions, appearances are available on a limited basis.
• Appearances are available throughout the year; however the summer months, as well as holiday breaks, may be harder to fulfill an appearance request due to the university not being in session.
• In the event that an appearance must be cancelled, please email Ryan Cleary no less then 48 hours prior to event. 
• Accurate directions, location, on-site contact and on-site phone number must be provided.
• A private and secure changing room must be provided for the mascot to change and keep belongings locked during the appearance. Water, preferably bottled, must be provided to the mascot.
• The mascot cannot be required to be inside the suit for longer than a maximum of one (1) hour at a time before taking a 30 minute break. If the appearance is outdoors, please allow extra breaks during that allotted time. The mascot is unable to perform in severe weather.
• A mascot handler will accompany the mascot at all events
